The “FIRMA” wheel was born from years of research, application and refinement, which led us to develop in-depth know-how, thanks to which we were able to create the ideal component for gantries, harbor cranes, trolleys and special machines, capable of ensuring maximum efficiency in the most demanding applications. We manage every stage in-house: production, quality control, and assembly. We select only certified Made in Italy steel and use a special TEMPRA, developed in collaboration with the University of Brescia, which ensures high standards on materials and processing. We thus offer tailor-made solutions, wide scope for customization, and performance that lasts.

Sourcing of raw materials
We select only Made in Italy certified steels, chosen to ensure strength, reliability and structural uniformity. Each supply is tracked and controlled from the origin.

Pre-machining
We define the initial geometries of each wheel with utmost precision. Care at this stage is essential to ensure the quality of subsequent machining and to obtain components that perfectly meet the required standards.

Heat treatment
We apply a special hardening process, developed in cooperation with the University of Brescia, to increase the hardness, wear resistance and operating life of our products.
